MCS Open S1 Finals group draw

The MCS Open Season 1 Finals will kick off on Friday, with 32 teams facing off for the first prize of $5,000.
Held at the Moscow Cyber Stadium, Europe's largest esports Arena with more than 2,500 square meters of space, from January 9-10, the MCS Open Season 1 Finals will feature 32 teams, 29 who qualifier for this event plus thre who were invited by the organisers.
The three invited side were Moscow Five, featuring former Virtus.pro member Sergey "Fox" Stolyarov, Andrey "B1ad3" Gorodenskiy's dAT Team, and the CIS-based mix team Nostalgie, featuring the likes of Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev and Kirill "ANGE1" Karasiow.

Among the qualified teams are also a couple of big names, from Kazakh side Check-Six to Russian team The Old Guard, boasting players like Dmitry "hooch" Bogdanov and Eduard "ed1k" Ivanov.

The schedule for the first day of the tournament is the following:
- 09:00 - Groups A to D (Group A on stream)
- 12:00 - Groups E to H (Group H on stream)
- 15:30 - Round of 16
- 18:45 - Quarter-finals
The 32 teams will be competing for a $10,000 prize purse, to be split among the top eight finishers as follows:
1. $5,000
2. $2,000
3. $1,000
4. $700
5-8. $350
